Lone Star JC Construction is a Richmond, TX–based site preparation and underground utilities contractor founded by Jesus Coria. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in heavy civil construction — including managing multi-million dollar projects for Hurtado Construction where he was responsible for building new construction sites for builders — Jesus built this company on a simple principle: show up, do the work right, and finish on schedule.

Before launching Lone Star JC, Jesus spent two decades mastering every aspect of site development — from mass grading and underground utilities to drainage systems and concrete flatwork. His years running large-scale new construction site preparation for homebuilders gave him the expertise and production management skills that set Lone Star JC apart from the competition.

We specialize in the dirt work and underground infrastructure that developers, general contractors, and municipalities depend on — mass grading, drainage systems, utility trenching, detention ponds, and concrete flatwork. Our crew has completed projects ranging from multi-acre subdivision site prep to municipal drainage improvements across six Southeast Texas counties.
